Abstract:	藉由大四的校外實習讓學生們能在畢業前提早熟悉職場環境，而我本事實習地點為家樂福股份有限公司－崇德店，工作單位是收銀課，不外乎每天就是接觸客人與結帳，遇到各種不同的客人讓我學習到臨機應變的反應，發現溝通是一件很困難的事情，但對於第一次在外工作的我來說，這一年工作起來都很得心應手，沒有發生太困難到我的事情，所以我想我實習完後就會轉換跑道，去學期更多不同方面的知識與專業累積更多經驗。
