Abstract:	本次修平科技大學的校外實習課程，有幸加入『三商家購股份有限公司』名下的美廉社實習，在此實習期間為 108 年 7 月 1 日至 109 年 6 月 30 日止。實習的職位是門市實習生，工作內容為門市基本工作。此份實習報告裡有我個人的實習動機、目的與徵選過程、實習公司介紹，更重要的是在美聯社所得到的寶貴經驗、和工作經歷。在美廉社的實習過程中，讓我了解超商的經營型態，也了解服務業的辛苦。藉由這次實習過程中，學習到該如何面對客人，也磨練自己的耐心，所以在這裡可以磨練自己的說話術語，還有待人處事的態度，參加校外實習的機會，讓我更加了解自己未來想要的是什麼，也可以提前為畢業後的職場生活做準備。
