Abstract:	目前我在大魯閣新時代實習，實習時間為108年7月至109年6月，大四實習即將邁向尾聲，這一年的時間裡我學習到很多學校沒有教的道理，透過實習的這個階段讓我更加了解社會與學校的不同，好讓我更快速的適應職場生活。這一年我在新時代實習學習到很多的事情，經歷了很多不管是人事的異動，新增工作項目，如何面對各種的顧客，以及怎麼與顧客或是公司主管的用字遣詞應該怎麼說才能處理到最完美。回過頭想這一年的經驗，讓我更知道以後自己想要什麼，或是自己在這一年裡吸收到什麼，有了實習讓我更嘗試我從來沒有想過的工作環境，讓自己的成就上更邁向一步。
