Abstract:	大四實習即將邁向尾聲，這一年的時間裡我學習到很多學校沒有教的道理，透過實習的這個階段鍛煉自己的工作能力、適應社會能力和自我管理的能力。培養腳踏實地，積極向上的工作態度，為畢業後順利地走上工作崗位打下堅實的基礎。在實習期間積極主動了解未曾學習過或未曾涉及的領域及知識，為今後的深造、就業更有效地展開並打下一個良好的基礎。通過畢業實習接觸並認識社會，提高社會交往能力，學習優秀員工的優秀品質和敬業精神，培養貭素，明確自己的社會責任。
