Abstract:	此次實習是在全聯實業股份有限公司大里新芳店，時間從民國108年7月1日到109年5月31日，我覺得我在全聯這個地方實習的過程中體驗到服務業能屈能伸不屈不饒的服務精神，在實習時主管也教會我要如何當一個負責任的人，在實習中我覺得另一個對我自己很大的突破就是以前很怕面對客人常常會有那種莫名的緊張感到後來可以跟客人輕鬆愉快的談天甚至能夠跟客人變成有點像朋友那樣的關係互相分享喜怒哀樂，我將秉持著實習中所學習到的繼續發揮在未來的工作上以及人生上。
