Abstract:	家樂福的市場佔有率高有兩項最主要原因，薄利多銷，好康卡紅利點數折換現金。賣場環境很大且明亮整齊，商品種類多樣化，有冷氣空調，是大家的休閒購物的最佳地點，如果有買家電用品、家具的大型商品、或大量的食物乾糧，有提供免費外送的服務。對於員工福利而言，家樂福不定期會有員工旅遊，節日獎金等，還有免費的健康檢查。對於我去家樂福實習，其實學到的東西很多不僅僅是對於商品的認知，也有許許多多做人處事的小撇步，這對於我以後出社會的新工作有相當大的收益，還有倉庫的管理庫存，以便於賣場內的物品是否還有庫存。我在家樂福崇德店實習，從108年7月到109年5月，我的工作內容主要是負責看訂單，更換價格牌及更換POP，每天都會跑不同的訂單要看。透過這次的實習我學到了做人處事，以及一些電腦程式的運用。
