Abstract:	在大四校外實習，實習的廠商為台灣佐丹奴-崇德店，實習日期為108年7月1日到109年6月30日止。我的工作內容主要是收銀、賣場服務客人、收貨進貨、換陳列圖、展銷販售、完成配班交代每日例行公事、早班開店、晚班收店算日結。在這一段校外實習的時間，讓我更了解到服務業會遇到的挫折跟艱難，也清楚了解消費者來消費的整個過程，必須依照一定的相關流程步驟，也可以從校外實習的時間，慢慢累積工作經驗，也學習到很多一開始沒有接觸過的。關於工作的人際關係也是必修課程之一，校外實習過夠讓我對於自己的自我要求也更高了，也更有工作的期望，讓自己能隨時保持最好的狀態在工作崗位上。也能藉由實習報告，讓我更清楚的回想在實習的這段期間學習到了什麼，也可以給實習公司、學校、師長、學弟妹一些未來如果也在佐丹奴實習的建議
