Abstract:	在大四這年，我選擇了學校的三明治實習。我選擇的實習對象是「屋馬美食有限公司」，我被分配到的是國安店。屋馬在台中燒肉界是鼎鼎有名的燒肉，對於台中人來說我想大家都知道這家突然蹦出的黑馬。屋馬靠著無論是客人想慶祝的任何節日都可以幫客人畫出美麗畫板來打響知名度以及獨特性。對我來說，能夠到屋馬實習，是非常開心的一件事。在屋馬，我不僅學到了遇到問題時該怎麼處理，更讓我學到了團隊合作。在屋馬，我並不是一個人在戰鬥，我有一群人在陪伴著，當遇到困難時，大家會一起想盡辦法去解決問題，絕對不會讓我一個人去獨立解決。屋馬的主管不但會關心每位夥伴的狀況，還有一個能夠翻轉命運的舞台，在翻轉舞台裡，能夠感受到屋馬仁的熱情，我想這是在別家公司我看不到的。最後，我想說，我在屋馬學習我不後悔，我會努力去克服每一項的挑戰，成為一名發光發熱的屋馬仁。
