Abstract:	台灣超商超市的興起，讓大家生活過得更便利，楓康超市股份有限公司在臺灣共有47間直營門市，且部分擁有24H營業以及停車場。很開心能夠進入楓康超市實習，理解到一間超市的運作需要多大的人力，磨練我在各方面的學習，以及面對事情處理速度的輕重緩急。在以往的工作經驗並沒有走過超商超市業，最大的收穫就是學習與人溝通，使用更簡短簡潔的話語讓客人能明白，以及做人處事的道理。
