Abstract:	本研究旨在探討線性滑軌的定尺件與鑽孔加工的實際應用，讓大家了解線性滑軌已經被廣泛運用在電腦機械、半導體設備、醫療設備、自動化工程設備工具機等。研究線性滑軌的定尺件切斷製程，從滑軌的基本介紹到定尺件的基本裁切，還有後續的端面研磨、倒角種類，以及一些基本須注意規範等。研究鑽孔加工的不同刀具的種類，還有鑽孔加工的基本製程介紹，再加上自己的機台實作情況及倒角、加工後續等。
