Abstract:	本次專題報告藉由客戶端的客訴件中去檢討原有的裝箱方式，並加以改善也相對的找出合乎公司成本的裝箱方式，也隨著環保意識抬頭是否能使用更為精簡耗材減少地球負擔是未來我們所希望追尋的目標。經過實際測試以及與上級主管討論發現，現今裝箱做法其實已在大多業界之上過度的包裝雖能降低傷害性但產品價格也會相對提高許多。
