Abstract:	不同機台會有不同的需求，大型機台惠要求即使在重負荷時，滑塊變形量要小，即剛性要好，這樣機台才可以撐起鑄件的同時維持不同加工的精度，本專題研究線軌預壓對剛性的影響，隨著珠徑的增大，預壓也跟著變大，在重預壓時，剛性的變化量不大。當預壓輕時，鋼性較差。
