Abstract:	本次專題報告藉由一年多在公司學習滾珠螺桿的組裝、扭力測試，以及在製程中做改善，讓我們更深入的探討滾珠螺桿的預壓原理、扭力測試中所需要注意的地方要求還有組裝上的過程及所需注意的地方，然而這次的專題目標於扭力測試檢測標準和完整組裝過程中互相配合並找出製程中能改善的地方，最後為扭力測試出的不良品進行分析並建立。
