Abstract:	本專題以台灣鄉村永續旅遊發展為題材，以彰化縣社頭鄉為基本架構並透過社頭鄉來規劃創新旅遊發展。藉由這個鄉村旅遊發展專題來瞭解社頭鄉的旅遊發展架構，還有當地食衣住行的發展趨勢，以及研究其他的特色遊程，進而整合所有的資訊，期望能提升當地鄉村知名性。在這個專題中主要是藉由彰化社頭鄉地區研發具有特色的獨特遊程，以當地豐富人文與產業去規劃以及探討，開拓鄉村特色旅遊，同時也能讓台灣及國外觀光客深入了解鄉村之美，最後達到拓展鄉村地區觀光的可能性。
