Abstract:	Adecco，是業界俗稱的獵才公司，是由瑞士的Adia以及法國的Ecco合併成立的，目前在全球是前三大的人力顧問公司，藝珂台灣分公司成立於1989年，於台北、新竹、台中、台南、高雄皆設有服務據點。兩個月暑假期間，主要協助招募，計薪，員工出勤的管理，每天招募所接觸到的人選都是各式各樣的類型，計薪的部分會比較注重細微的費用處理，例如保險、病假或事假的認定，都是需要與客戶及員工求證過，才能計算員工的薪資，所以在出缺勤的管理是需要每天嚴格控管，與其他Consultant更是要搭配好默契，讓整個工作流程可以更加順暢。
