Title: 不同溫度燒結對多鐵性Bi1-xNdxFeO3鐵酸鉍薄膜摻雜釹元素之特性研究

Abstract: 本論文利用溶膠凝膠(Sol-Gel)法在BFO 摻雜Nd3+取代Bi3+ 成長於FTO 玻璃基板上,並利用 RTA 快速升溫爐在常壓無通氧下,進行熱退火處理。並探討 Bi1-xNdxFeO3 結構薄膜的微結構、鐵電性、介電性等特性。鉍元素的在高溫下有易揮發性,希望藉由摻雜釹元素對鉍元素的易揮發特 性進行改善,降低二次成相的產生,並且以快速退火之持溫時間降低來減 少鉍元素的揮發。在 X-ray 量測當中,並獲得最好成長溫度為 600oC 成功成長出 BFO(018)相,並且無二次成相。在介電量測部分,在 560KHz 得到 500 oC 介電常數 40.37931,550oC 得到 37.15817、600 oC 得到 31.29109,得到 500 oC 擁有較高介電常數。
