Abstract:	從 109 年 7 月 15 開始至 110 年 5 月 15 日為止,在大魯閣保齡球館內也實習 1 年,很熟悉裡面的環境,也很了解如何面對顧客的反應及客訴處理,及公司的營運方面,也很感謝老師給予我們一個這麼好的機會讓我們提前去面對社會,去了解賺錢的辛苦,也讓我們學習到如何去面對應變,也可以去提升我們對職場的認知及工作能力,這對我們來說是做好的。
