Abstract:	實習教學計劃實習單位為全聯實業股份有限公司，在此實習期間為109年7月5日至110年5月15日。經過這一段的實習生活可以讓我更能提早適接觸職場，做為實習生體驗在職場上會遇到許多的人事物並從中學習，透過實習讓我學習到很多學校教不到的東西，也適時的運用到學校所學的東西進而達到學以致用，在經理和同事的指導下，讓我更容易能融入並了解工作內容，學會更有效率地把所交代的事情做好，在日後更好銜接上職場生活。
