Abstract:	實習教學計劃實習單位為鴻聯保險經紀代理人股份有限公司，在此實習期間為109年7月13日至109年12月30日。透過實習讓我提早適應職場生活，從實習生去慢慢學習，體驗職場上的辛苦，除了讓我提昇耐心、細心以及工作上的自信，也學到很多學校教不到的事，透過實習找到自己對工作的興趣、想法，對未來的幫助真的非常多。
