Abstract:	我選擇的是實習單位是這一鍋餐飲集團的這一小鍋-秀泰文心店，實習是營運組。在大四這一年的校外實習，是去到這一小鍋-秀泰文心店進行一整學年的實習，而在這間店的事物都呈現在這份報告中。在這一小鍋-秀泰文心店學到很多東西，之前只是工讀生學不到東西，現在實習學到了不少技能，藉由這次實習，讓我收穫滿滿的。
