Abstract:	藉由學校四年級校外實習的機會，我選擇自薦，學校所推薦的實習單位比較不是我想選擇的工作內容，所以我決定到鼎邑企業有限公司實習，工作類型屬於業務部分，可以學習到與客人溝通互動，如何銷售商品，設計相關事務，還有學習水電相關知識運用在安裝工地現場的狀況，一學期間可以學習到的範圍非常廣也認識很多人擴展自己的人脈，有很多的收穫，把所學運用在之後工作上或是自己的目標中。沒接觸過這類型的工作，剛開始一定很多問題跟困難的地方，主管同事都很有耐心教導，自己也需要認真學習，多做筆記利用時間加班學習，過程雖然沒有很輕鬆，也會有挫折難過的地方，到了最後這一切都會變成自己的經驗和實力。
