Abstract:	在政府大力推動長照2.0 之下，因應大環境的需求，人力仲介業也開始慢慢備受重視。在國內看護供不應求的情況下，從其他國家尋求供給，便有了人力仲介產業的形成。在國內大量需求外籍勞工的情況下，人力仲介業大舉興盛，在政府規範下，進行合法引進外籍勞工，而需求外籍勞工的雇主，也在政府的監督下合法使用外籍勞工。在大量需求下，造就了人力仲介的蓬勃發展，透過實習瞭解人力仲介業的人力資源政策與管理方法。
