Abstract:	力山工業股份有限公司自民國61年創立之初，即確認「誠實、穩健、茁壯」為企業長期發展的最佳指標。擁有卓越的研發能力、高品質的產品以及完整的銷售網與售後服務，均使得力山得以因應市埸多變的需求而穩健前進。在力山實習過程中，我從懵懂無知到現在已經能夠自行組裝兩種不同類型的機台以及排除故障機台，我學到了很多，原來在工廠中都可以看到有關工業管理的影子，小到一顆小螺絲的擺設到整間工廠的設廠和內部機台擺設，看到過課長運用魚骨圖來與經理們講述商品的問題點。IE人員到現場來改善工作步驟，利用工作管理中所教的方式來進行修改。實習至今已有九個月，實習總數1568個小時，目前還在時習當中，在實習的過程中我看見到原來從工管畢業出來的學生有如此多的工作機會，不管是現場人員到行政人員都有機會升任。在現場做組裝人員時也遇見了許多也是工管的學長們，每一位都在不同的領域獲得不少的成就學長們都說因為工管甚麼都學，所以什麼都可以做。
