Abstract:	本計畫旨在以使用線切割機切割出夾具，再以傳統銑削、攻螺紋、鑽孔，以便在生產多樣化的工件時，能省去更換夾具的時間，考慮到多數工廠採自動化產線，工廠內員工人數較少，因此可透過製作此夾具，節省更換夾具，進而減少所需要的人力，為能驗證繪圖尺寸的準確性，多次嘗試並且與老師討論，進而取得準確之實體尺寸。本專題使用線切割法，線切割法對於任何複雜的形狀都可以加工，而且不必像雕模放電加工一樣製作特定形狀的電極，且加工精度高。經由本計畫之研究後，對於複雜外型之材料的問題，能有效的去夾持，一來能有更效率性的運用人力，二來能節省更換夾具的時間，其結果將能應用於產業界，以改善業界頭痛的夾具問題。
