Abstract: 由於目前科技越來越發達,對於車騎乘時的舒適性上也越來越講究, 我們製作了一個避震器節流調油加工件,避震器在車輛中扮演極重要的角色,為能改善車輛的操控性與舒適性,開發能隨著路面狀況來改變阻尼力大小的避震器,阻尼器會因運動速度(頻率)的不同而對阻尼係數與勁度有所差異,經實驗歸納證明,單片和多片閥門片與低的氣室壓力條件的阻尼器,在較高的運動頻率,阻尼係數與勁度表現恰似相反。此特性可供設計參考。
