Abstract:	藉由大四的校外實習讓學生們能在畢業前提早熟悉職場環境，而我本次實習公司為家樂福股份有限公司－中清店，工作單位是安全課，就是需要收推車籃子紙箱站招待跟支援各部門,像是幫線上購物撿商品送去包貨,以及幫助雜貨補貨整理牌面,站招待時每天也會接觸到各種不同的客人,客人們的每個問題讓我學習到臨機應變的能力,也發現溝通是一件蠻困難的事情也需要很多說話的技巧,這一年工作起來都很得心應手沒有發生太困難到我的事情，所以我想我實習完之後就會讓自己轉換跑道，去學習更多不同方面的知識與專業累積更多經驗。
