Abstract:	本次實習單位在統一超商，透過學校推出的三明治教學，在這實習的一年裡學到許多在學校所學不到的人、事、物，我們提早了一年體驗出社會的感覺，學習畢業後在職場上會遇到的事情，在7-ELEVEN實習當中所學到要如何經營一家店，如何控管門市庫存，還有學會如何應變處理大大小小的工作內容及顧客，了解統一對顧客一套的服務態度和員工培訓上的制度。
