Abstract:	我所實習的地點是西區尼歐廚房，職位是早班內場實習生，實習期間:110 年 7 月 1日-111 年 5 月 17 日原先預計2月份要開第二間分店，但因疫情因素目前無限延期，所以到現在只有西區這邊的尼歐廚房。我屬於自行推薦，在實習前我就在這間店當工讀生了，但一般都上晚班，所以自從變成實習生正職的狀態時間上都有在做很大的調整，那變成正職之後很多事情老闆都會去教導如何去做，那我一開始也依定是從基礎學起才有辦法倒轉正職之後帶新人之類的都很順，不會不知道怎麼去帶，那實習到越來越尾深也遇到滿多事情的，也不可能逃避加上我本來就是會去思考的人，所以就想辦法去面對處理吧。
