Abstract:	我目前所實習的地方是王品餐飲股份有限公司 -hot7新鉄板料理，位於新時代大魯閣店，ho7在台灣目前有9家分店，，王品集團旗下餐廳目前共有420間，總部位於台中市西區。目前我在hot7新鐵板料理任職為鐵板檯師傅，在實習之前我已經在hot7服務了差不多一年，到現在已經快要兩年了，在實習期間是做正職，學習到的東西與遇到的事情都是實習前還只是工讀生的時候遇不太到的，成功考上鐵板師傅的時候心情是無法形容的，第一次在客人面前做餐，是很緊張的，但是久了之後，漸漸的自信也會跟著提升，就會變得比較有模有樣的感覺了。
