Abstract:	在學生時期要踏入職場前的暑期實習讓我學到很多有關於人力資源行政的作業。本研究透過參與觀察法以觀光旅館業為範圍，至台中裕元花園酒店進行調查實施人力資源行政作業。本研究調查實施人力資源行政作業分別有影片剪輯作業、TTQS展延作業、星級評鑑作業、數位化教材作業，進行調查實施並對作業流程提出結論以及提案改善。
