Abstract:	本實習報告主要在呈現人資系大三學生以兩個月期間至企業實習觀察。透過暑期實習的觀察，了解職場的生態並且將學校中所學習到的專業能力運用在實習中，並且紀錄實習中所學習到實務經驗與知識。由這短短兩的月的實習時間不斷的讓自己接受考驗及淬煉，最終透過實習能夠增長自己的實力，並且更突破自己，創造屬於更不一樣的自己。再加上可以透過公司辦的活動去多多擴展自己的人脈關係，以及學到在活動過程中要如何去應對，在處於知識經濟、多元快速變化的社會趨勢中，唯有充實自我、持續學習才能維持競爭優勢，也透過這兩個月的實習歷程，開始不斷增加自己的實力，進而累積實務上經驗，並試著勇於去挑戰自我極限，創造個人職場價值!
