Abstract:	本研究以個案公司所服務的60 間中小企業，以協助外勞聘雇窗口人員為研究莪疇與對象，瞭解受訪者對個案公司的服務品質以及服務滿意度的現況，硏究緒果發現，女性受訪者對個案服務滿意度威受傾箸低於男性，服務品質子構面的同理心以及保證性能正向顔著影攀服務滿意度。
