Abstract:	本專題研究在於探討乾燥花的經濟結構，從與個案A品樺花坊和個案B禾卉花藝的訪談中，找出經營乾燥花店的箇中奧秘，一開始先以網路中的文獻資料來了解乾燥花花店的樣貌及雛形，在從商業模式圖的構面中，去延伸問題並得知乾燥花店是如何在眾多的花店當中生存下來以及如何去經營乾燥花店。
