Abstract:	本文的主要目的是應用ECRS分析工具於果菜市場拍賣流程。果菜批發市場在台灣整體果菜運銷階段具有舉足輕重的地位，具備每日處理大量集貨、拍賣、交易以形成合理價格及銷售功能。本文以個案果菜市場之拍賣作業流程為例，首先分析其現有流程，並應用ECRS工具分析改善流程，最後進行比較。研究結果指出經改善之流程可有效提升行政效率。
