Abstract:	台灣人口老化，從2018年正式邁入高齡社會，長期照護已經是政府和百姓重要的課題，政府也積極建立長照人力資源培訓機制以及規劃適當的政策，為人口統計大環境少子化及高齡化社會趨勢，兩種壓力促使照護人力的短缺，這樣的趨勢值得政府與國人注意。
