Abstract:	我在廷鑫興業股份有限公司實習的這段日子裡,學到了如何從一塊布料經過層層關卡以及多重的嚴格把關,做出一條品質優良的皮帶。在系辦公室的協助下給了我這麼好的機會,在四年級開始就能有機會到上市公司實習,多少瞭解這種中小型企業的運作方式以及上市公司的規模。也讓我在這家公司接觸到為數不少的產學合作計畫的外籍學生,也藉由這次實習的機會讓自己較清楚的知道自己是否適合這一類型的工作,讓我提早為自己未來的工作做準備。雖然未來不一定會朝這類型的工作去發展,但我相信在廷鑫興業股份有限公司實習所學到的經驗,對於我個人在正式踏入社會的時候是有所幫助的。
