Abstract:	透過暑期實習在企業學習人事相關的行政事務，協助經理規劃製作企劃書、門市店務規範資料整理、人員工作考勤與訓練規範資料整理、商管理辦法資料整理、顧客經營辦法資料整理、整理核對人事出勤紀錄、每週二例會重點整理、教育訓練資料整理、員工班表一例一休及特休調整與主管指派的各項行政事項。在暑期實習期間，讓我把平常在學校所學的能夠學以致用，也了解到人資工作者不單只是人事上的規劃而已，甚至還涵蓋其他行政事務以及會計端的事務工作，不僅是主管與員工之間溝通的橋樑，更是掌管公司大小事重要的支柱，在這段實習期間獲得了寶貴的實習經驗，並且了解人資的重要性與其肩負的重大責任。
