Abstract:	本次研究因修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系之實習合作，得以在偉光國際有限公司實習，實習期間自111年7月11日至111年8月19日止。本次實習單位為政府專案部，屬人才發展品質管理系統(簡稱TTQS)，主要工作內容為擔任輔導助理、評核助理，次要為文書處理、電話接洽等等。經由實習輔導助理的過程中，參訪了許多單位，學到許多內部運作方面即本身TTQS基本概念，也更了解評核版本的差異性，豐富許多實務經驗與職場倫理運用，在實習過程中與單位互動也有基本對應能力。
