Abstract:	111學年度在寶華國際人力顧問股份有限公司-人派與財務部擔任實習生，透過實習學習到如何招募、履歷篩選、勞健保加退與外勞貸款等。對於即將踏入陌生職場的我們，能透過系上提供的職場實習，讓我們了解人力派遣幫助求職者順利找到適合自己的產業，也幫助求才者順利推廣職缺尋找適合的人才。人力派遣，主要是為了解決企業特殊的用人需求，當企業無法透過自己正職員工來解決眼前的商業任務時，人力派遣便成為一個選項，人力派遣公司提供派工服務，來完成企業本身的任務。企業需要人力派遣的原因，主要是為了降低成本及彈性人力配置。台灣早已進入少子化社會，近十年來企業的人資會花非常大量的時間及精力在招募、人員到職後的行政作業如發薪、及人力調度管理。而專業的人力派遣公司，有專責部門在分工作業，能夠讓企業客戶人資更專注在核心業務。
