Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，我從去年的7月初進入美廉社這間公司實習，美廉社目前都是以開新店為主，讓我體驗到被培養和培養新人的感覺學到很多不同的東西。藉由這次的實習，讓我學習到很多的東西，像是遇到有問題的客人要如何除裡或是遇到有報修上的問題要如何去處理的流程，還有遇到別人面試時要如何去問對方和處理流程等等的事項，也讓我體會到了服務業是真的很辛苦，在美廉社實習學習最大的收穫就是要明白推銷東西的優缺點和顧客想要的東西，多多幫留意才有機會留住老客戶。
