Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，讓我從111年7月到112年5月15進入曾响號公司實習，曾响號是目前台灣傳統美食，也因為進入了這間公司，讓我學習到許多。藉由這次的實習，讓我學習到不少東西，像是如何和顧客溝通、磨練自己的耐心等，也讓我體會到了服務業是真的很辛苦，但畢竟是餐飲業，所以這些都是必經之路，做習慣了也就覺得沒什麼了，在曾响號習最大的收穫應該就是料理食材，有好的美食才能留住更多的顧客。
