Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，我的實習時間是從 111 年 7 月 1 日至 112 年 5 月 15 日開始進入美廉社這間公司實習，美廉社是目前類似比較多商品的便利商店的雜貨店，也因為進入了這間公司，讓我學習到許多。藉由這次的實習，讓我學習到不少東西，像是如何和顧客溝通、磨練自己的耐心等，也讓我體會到了服務業是真的很辛苦。
