Abstract:	透過這次校外實習，我加入了漢來上海湯包台中店這個大家庭，從去年7月1日正式入店實習到今年6月，這一年來不管在工作上，社會經驗上都讓我有所成長。從最基礎的送餐到現場服務客人，從中學習到了很多，包括與顧客溝通、服務細緻度、處理事情的耐心度、與同事主管的關係，這些都是需要經過時間去磨練的，最重要的還是自己的心態以及對這份工作的熱忱度，服務業真的很辛苦，但也讓我提早進入社會為自己增添了工作經驗，在實習這一年我體會了很多也學習了很多，從過程中也慢慢去了解自己的目標以及怎麼去充實自己。
