Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，讓我從去年的9月初進入全家便利商店這間公司實習，全家是目前台灣市場佔有率排名第二大的便利商店店，也因為進入了這間公司，讓我學習到許多。在實習的這幾個月中，全家讓我學習到不少東西，像是如何和顧客溝通、磨練自己的耐心還有一些社會時數等，也讓我體會到了服務業是真的很辛苦。因為是服務業，所以這些我都認為是必經之路，做習慣了也就覺得沒什麼了。在全家實習最大的收穫應該就是學會忍住自己的脾氣並耐心的去好好跟某些不講理的顧客以及安撫情緒不穩的顧客，其次是服務態度，有好的服務才能留住更多的顧客也能讓自己的銷售業績有更好的成果
