Abstract:	校外實習讓我們可以有整整一學年的時間，從111年7月初到112年的6月底在這段時間可以學到很多職場上會遇到的事，也可以提早適應環境。校外實習可以提早熟悉職場，而且有些工作的必要技能在學校沒有教到，所以我覺得選校外實習更能充實自我，同時也可以學到更多東西，且在主管和同事的指導下，讓我更容易能融入並了解工作內容，學會更有效率地把所交代的事情做好，在日後更好銜接上職場生活。
