Abstract:	我實習的機構是萊爾富便利商店一陽指門市，位於台中東區大智路上，實習的時間於111年5月至112年5月，我的實習工作內容是門市內的收銀結帳之外還有協助客人影印、代收、包裹寄取件、煮茶葉蛋、理貨、補貨、盤點以及作帳等等，簡單來說顧客在合理要求的範圍內我們會盡全力服務到每位顧客。實習對我來說最大收穫是服務態度的學習，在實習的每個階段都是在慢慢累積經驗，學著如何應對客人、遇到問題如何解決、還有把事情完成才能下班的責任心以及同儕間的相處，都是我在實習過程中所學到最珍貴的經驗。
