Abstract:	透過學校的實習計畫讓我提前體會到職場上要面對的事情很多，如何與同事相處、面對各種客人以及如何面對各種突發狀況，然後該怎麼面對比較刁難的客人該用什麼樣的方式去處理他們的疑惑，這些都是在學校以及課堂上所無法體會到的，雖然實習很辛苦但能提前適應職場也是一個很棒的選擇。
