Abstract:	因通過學校前往美廉社前往實習，111年7月1日至112年5月15日擔任正職實習生。美廉社成為了很多大學生實習的選擇，其獨特的企業文化和營運模式吸引了眾多年輕人的關注。但是在實習過程中也是能學習到很多不同的事務。在實習過程中在常發生的問題就是店面人力不足及上層無法處理調度，以至於美廉社的人才流動率十分的高，導致不斷的更換新人及不斷的需要執導新人。在美廉社的實習過程讓我更加了解未來尋找工作的方向。
