Abstract:	透過這次的實習，我111年7月到了阿官集團旗下的牛比聰品牌，並且讓我在實習階段學到很多關於店裡營運的知識以及管理的技巧，也讓我可以把在學校學到的知識應用在實務上，會發現理論跟實際操作時還是會有些許的出入，並且需自己去轉化成符合對店裡最好的決定，這些經驗都將成為我出社會後的養分，讓我在之後會更好的完成其他工作。
