Abstract:	鐿鈦科技股份有限公司，早年以生產製造精密扣件起家，藉由多年技術的扎根，已逐步轉型為高端精密金屬產品製造，目前專注於醫療器材產品製造，已屬國內微創手術器械關鍵零組件之先驅。在鐿鈦科技股份有限公司的實習過程中，我是在精密扣件處-車修一廠擔任機台操作人員，部門有走刀與走心兩種機台我剛開始是學走刀機台在能獨立作業之後再去學走心機台我需要會一些基本的尺寸量測、補正、刀具的更換、檢查工件外觀。我從懵懂無知只會依照指示到遇到突發程況也能從容解決，在這一年的實習中，我學到了很多，不論是機台的操作、問題描述，還是學習程式的實務經驗，都讓我成長許多，也在未來前往職場對我有很大的幫助。
